- Orders placed on Hangukmallshopping malls or products ordered from other sites will be sent to the Hangukmalldistribution center address.
- When you fill out the forwarding application form, when the ordered product is shipped, the tracking number (invoice number in Korea) of the Korean shipping company is updated.
- Products arriving at the Hangukmalldistribution center are checked through basic inspection and ready to be shipped out in the original packed box.
- If you inform us of the overseas logistics cost and pay within 2 days, international delivery will be carried out.
- In the case of international delivery, if it is delivered only to the doorstep and the customer's signature is not received, it will be processed as delivery completed.
* Delivery period: Minimum 5 to maximum 10 business days after shipment from the distribution center (excluding holidays and weekends) - Delivery is unavailable on national holidays, and delivery times may vary by country.
Return/exchange/return policy
- 1. Refunds:
- HangukmallShopping refunds will be credited to your account. This credit will be applied to future HangukmallShopping orders, shipping costs or membership fees before we invoice your credit card on file.
- 2. Shipping Policy:
- All Hangukmall Shopping orders will be sent to your shipping address.
- 3. Cancel/Change Order:
- Once a Hangukmall Shopping order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it with the website or seller. Please refer to the seller's website for individual cancellation policies. Changes cannot be made once a Hangukmall Shopping order is successfully processed. If we are able to cancel the order, there may be a cancellation fee. Your account will be credited for the merchandise purchase amount. If you decide you do not want to receive the order, please notify our Hangukmall Shopping department to have the order returned when it arrives. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Your Hangukmall.com account will be credited once the vendor receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund.
- 4. Returns:
- We will return any orders in accordance with the seller's return policy for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. The User is responsible for all return shipping fees. Your Hangukmall.com account will be credited once the vendor receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund.
