How to sign up

To sign up as a member, you can sign up for membership through the Internet after clicking the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page anywhere on the homepage. However, if you are under 14, you cannot sign up as a member.

1) How to sign up membership

Click the sign up button at the top and read the notice.

After reading the terms and conditions for membership registration, click the Agree button if you agree, and click the Disagree button if you do not agree. Click the Agree button to proceed to the next screen.

Enter personal information on the next screen. It is divided into required input information and optional input information. Please fill in all required information without leaving out, and decide whether or not to enter optional information at your discretion. However, if you enter optional input information, you can receive a wide range of shopping information and various event services from our shopping mall according to that information.

This is a point to be careful when entering ID and PASSWORD. Once entered, the ID cannot be modified again. So, enter it carefully, but you must enter at least 4 characters and no more than 12 characters.

After entering personal information, click OK and shop comfortably.

2) When a problem occurs during membership registration

When registering as a member, problems such as ID duplication may occur.

If you are trying to sign up for a new account, but there are duplicate users after checking your ID, you must use a different ID.

Edit member information

1) Edit member information as follows.

If you change your personal information, you must do so as soon as possible.

If you click the member information edit button at the top of the screen, the edit screen will appear. If you enter your ID and PASSWORD here, the previously entered personal information will appear.

You can correct your changed information correctly on this screen. Please correct the information accurately. If the information is incorrect when shipping or contacting the item, the item cannot be delivered correctly.

2) If you have lost your ID or PASSWORD

If you lose your ID or PASSWORD, the fastest way is for you to contact the customer center directly. If you contact the customer center, we will immediately verify your identity and provide you with your lost ID or PASSWORD.

Membership Withdrawal

Click Edit member information in the top menu to cancel membership, and a screen will appear. Enter your ID and PASSWORD here, enter the reason for withdrawal, and click the OK button.

Membership withdrawal is possible at any time. In addition, membership can be re-registered at any time after withdrawal.
* If you withdraw from membership, you will not be able to receive the following various benefits as a member.

Membership is lost, so purchasing as a member is not possible

The mileage accumulated until withdrawal will not be available for use.

You cannot receive member-related services such as various events and mail services held by the company.

You can purchase all products in this shopping mall even if you lose your membership.
